Terms of Use

  1. Agreement. By using Imaan Circle or imaancircle.com you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
  2. Who may use it. You must be at least 13 years old. If under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
  3. Your account. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.
  4. The honor system. Practice records are self-reported or recorded on an honor basis. Scores are a personal consistency aid — they carry no religious authority, ranking, or judgment, and MyFaith makes no representation about any person's piety or standing.
  5. Not religious guidance. The App is a personal organizational tool. Content such as duas and activity names is provided for convenience and does not constitute religious rulings. Consult qualified scholars for religious guidance.
  6. Circles & conduct. Only invite people you know. Do not use circles to harass, shame, coerce, or surveil anyone. We may suspend accounts that misuse sharing features.
  7. Acceptable use. No unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, scrape data, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
  8. Ownership. The App, site, brand, and content are owned by MyFaith LLC or its licensors. You retain your own data; you grant us the limited license needed to operate the service for you.
  9. Availability. The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Features (including automatic recording and notifications) depend on device platforms and may not function in all conditions. We may modify or discontinue features.
  10. Disclaimers & liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyFaith disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 — the App is free).
  11. Termination. You may stop using the App and request deletion anytime. We may suspend accounts violating these Terms.
  12. Governing law. California law; venue in California courts.
  13. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after posting is acceptance. Material changes announced in-App.
